- Typically the First Sunday in December (due to Thanksgiving dates in 2024, the event will be held on December 8)
All sponsorships which include printed materials must be confirmed 4 weeks before the event. Sponsorships which include digital materials only must be confirmed 1 week before the event. All sponsorship levels are available to multiple sponsors. Any sponsorship tier that includes a complimentary parade entry must still fill out the parade entry form to enter, however, the parade entry fee will be waived.
