Calling all young explorers! Join us for No School Nature Days during Spring Break, where each day offers a new theme and exciting program. Discover the wonders of nature with hands-on activities, live animal encounters, and more!
Theme: Nature Exploration Week! Every day brings a fresh topic, from forest hikes to stargazing, making it the perfect chance to dive into new adventures with family and friends.
Activities Include:
Monday, April 7 – Forest Frolics: Immerse yourself in the beauty of the forest with our “Forest Frolics” program at 10:30am and 1:00pm. Learn about local plant and tree species and enjoy a guided nature hike!
Tuesday, April 8- Aquatic Adventures: Discover life in the stream with our “Aquatic Adventures” program. Join us for hands-on activities to explore stream habitats and meet fascinating aquatic critters at 10:30am and 1:00pm.
Wednesday, April 9 – Rendezvous with Reptiles: Get up close with live reptiles in our “Rendezvous with Reptiles” program. Meet our slithery and scaly friends at 10:30am and 1:00pm, guided by our expert naturalists.
Thursday, April 10- Birds and Bugs: Experience the magic of some of nature’s most fascinating creatures through owl pellet dissection and bug discovery! Join our “Birds and Bugs” program at 10:30am and 1:00pm for a unique, hands-on experience.
Friday, April 11 – Cosmic Journey: End the week with a “Cosmic Journey” in our Starlab Planetarium. Take a journey through the stars and galaxies at 10:30am and 1:00pm to discover the wonders of the night sky.
