These classes can include individual, partner and group poses, as well as breathwork, stories, games, and songs. You can expect partner and group activities with movement and fun all balanced with a relaxing shavasana accompanied by the sound of the Gong being played live! These classes are designed for all ages and abilities with plenty of modifications as needed. Please bring a yoga mat and any props, pillows, blankets, or other things you may need to be comfortable on the floor.
